As far as our process goes, rather than posting the role on job boards, our team sources not only candidates who are looking for a new opportunity, but passive ones as well. Giving us the best opportunity to put the most qualified candidates in front of you. Our team will conduct an initial phone screen with the candidate and will send them to the proper point of contact (within your company) with a. resume and short write up attached. From there, your team will be able to conduct the interview process however your wish.

Do we have a guarantee?

Yes! We offer a 90-day guarantee. If the candidate doesn’t work out in the first 90 days, then we will find you a replacement candidate at no additional fee.
